Slow response time using EVM wallet on Moonbeam/Moonriver DApps

It may be related to Moonbeam network itself, it takes 4 secs after I press approve button on Talisman wallet to Moonwell starts the transaction. Then it takes more 20 secs to finish the transaction, so it usually takes around 25~30 secs to finish the whole process.
