Add ability to get to `trusted sites` from `connected` section

When going to a dapp, opening the modal, clicking on the `connected` pill.
I want to be able to have a link to navigate to the `trusted sites` so I can easily forget a site, if required - rather than just unlink my accounts.
Activity Newest / Oldest
Is the presumption correct that you'd most often want to forget the site that you're currently connected to?
If so, on the connected accounts page along with the list of accounts, we could also have a 'forget site' button.
