Expand custom token list

Some EVM tokens are added automatically, and don't appear in the custom token list, os if you have a 0 balance there's no way to tell if you have it added with a 0 balance, or if you have a balance and haven't added the token yet. It could be handy to have ALL EVM tokens appear in the list, even if some are added by default and can't be removed (and have their remove token button grayed out or something)
