Functionality to add external address associated with a label
For cex accounts we own, or friends account, family account...
Usage is to have a list of common address in the app without pasting everytime
Ultimately make these address usable in dapps that support token transfer

Great idea - something we've been discussing to improve the quality of the `send funds` feature!
