Include account name in "Remove Account" dialog

When removing accounts, it doesn't directly reference which account you are removing, if you click carelessly and have a long list of accounts, it's possible to remove the wrong one. If the window said "Remove account "XXXXX"? instead, it would be a little extra user check.
